This website
- This site has no ads, no analytics, and no cookies of its own. Its fonts and images are served from this site, not from outside services.
- Cloudflare hosts it. Like any web host, Cloudflare sees basic connection details, like your IP address, so it can load and protect the pages. It may also set a security cookie.
- The mountain scene uses your device's clock to place the sun and moon over Pikes Peak. It never asks for your location.
- If you email us, call us, or book a call, we use what you send only to reply to you. Calls to (719) 496-4633 are answered by Timberline Voice, which has its own privacy policy. Booking a call uses Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
Venom Backups and Google user data
- What it can access: Venom Backups uses Google's drive.file permission. With it, rclone can only see the Drive files it made.
- How it's used: rclone copies the owner's files to his Google Drive. It reads those backups back only to check or restore them.
- Where it's kept: The backups stay in the owner's Google Drive. The saved Google sign-in key (called a token) stays in one file on the owner's PC.
- Sharing: Backups go only to Google, to sit in the owner's Drive. They are never sold or given to anyone else.
- Who uses it: Only the owner of Proven Rise LLC.
- Deleting it: The owner can delete backups in Google Drive and remove Venom Backups' access in his Google Account settings. Removing access doesn't delete existing backups.
- Keeping it safe: Backups travel to Google over encrypted HTTPS connections. The sign-in key file is locked so only the owner's account can read it.
